1. Tests that are not applicable in identification are not performed.
2. IGL will not be held responsible for the use of this document with any other similar appearing specimen.
3. The properties and appearance of the specimen can be altered subsequent to certification IGL will not be
4. held responsible of this document under such circumstances.
5. The document carries a photographic image, weight, and description of the gem material/specimen which may differ from its physical appearance due to technical reasons.
6. IGL will not be responsible for the testing report if the rudraksha grain is changed.
7. Neither IGL employees nor any of its related persons shall be held for any jurisdiction and nonjurisdiction. action that may be taken on the basis of this report.
8. Neither the dealer nor any purchaser of the gemstone shall regard this report as a document of valuation or apprecial or as a guarantee or warranty.
9. Some stone may change their physical appearance like colour and clarity naturally or due to some unspecified/undignified treatment. IGL will not be held responsible in such circumstances.
10. Rudraksha is a natural bead, natural changes keep coming in it, if such a change happens then IGL will not be responsible.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
